About the wine

Pinot Noir with a hint of Gamay. Purchase of grapes from Beaujolais. One plot located at 400 meters above sea level and the other at 430 meters above sea level. Clay-limestone and pink granite terroirs. Vinification: grapes destemmed and maceration for 7 months in a buried qvevri. Only 538 bottles produced. Black fruits and spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, silky tannins and depth. Long and complex finish. Magnificent vintage!
